Bob's genius is apparent here, managing to get a message of hate for the singer's wife onto the album by cleverly making it appear at first glance that the lyrics are all about sex. Indeed, that in itself would be clever enough, since the double entendres and metaphors he employs are themselves pretty crafty, and never sink to outright vulgarity.
Bob has, in earlier interviews, simply passed it off as a song about "hiding a sausage," but has more recently admitted the real meaning and inspiration.
Long live Bob Daisley! And God bless his poor back, which must ache abominably after carrying Ozzy's career for a good dozen years.
