And I'm 5 years late. But "Juice Harp" and "Jew's Harp" are both correct. So is "Mouth Harp". It gets even funner to consider harmonicas are also referred to as "harps" and "Mouth Organs". I think there must have been a time when blues musicians and jug bands temporarily ran out of words and decided to call everything that didn't have a slang term already "harp".
