A lot of celebrities have chosen to remain silent during the Black Lives Matter movement and that is very disappointing. They have such a huge platform that they could utilize to help fight injustice and yet they choose to remain silent. This is not what Kanye choose to do and the normal passion he puts in his music is seen completely throughout these lyrics.
