Somehow I get the feeling that he's talking to a suicidal person, someone he loves. She keeps saying that her life is a total drama, and everyone acts fake to her "She cries her life is like some movie black and white. Dead actors faking lines." (she might have declared those people as dead to her.)
And he's telling her, "Don't fall away and leave me to myself...leave love bleeding in my hands," don't commit suicide, it'll hurt me too much.
