The song is straight-up epic in its juvenile humor. Lots of folks drank and drove all over the planet back in the day, myself included. I'm an old man now and don't even hardly drink anymore.
Still, the song takes me back to my wild days when life was good, everything was ahead and it was fun as hell!!!

@chrisuez, I probably saw you out there back in the day my friend, in my '68 Camaro SS drinking way too many Bacardi & Cokes! My pancreas has given up the fight, so no more drinking for me, but a hot day in my raggedy old Jeep, and this tune can sure bring me back!
