The smaller sister of a prostitute has mental disorders (maybe provoked by her sister working in the room nearby). She has to take some medicines. She gets also a puppet to help her. She feels horrible and destroys the puppet. One day a customer kills the sister. Maybe because she has no longer medicine, now she feels "good" destroying the puppet, completely mad.
I was searching for some indication that she kills the murderer of her sister but I don't think so, the texts are too similar to allow that interpretation.
