That said, I'll make a guess that "police chief" and "joker poker" are references to Batman, in particular, the original Tim Burton film. This may be related to "Improper Dancing," which references calling the Chief of Police. In particular, the climactic scene with the Joker's parade that ties up traffic in Gotham City. OR, I could be completely wrong.
