I haven't grasped a full understanding on this song but my interpretation is that Amalia is an Oracle that either obtains her visions through drug use or just happens to be a drug addict. The things that hint towards me that its heroin or something like it is:
"Plots and visions, empty amber bottle
Opiate, the sky is blue today
Amalia nods
Glyph in
Dragging blood
Amalia swaying"
I believe heroin users will typically insert the needle into their arm and draw blood into the syringe before injecting it, thus "dragging blood". Nodding and swaying will be physical tells that she's high.
Additionally the lyric book has a pattern of syringes in the background.
So combining that with what silverspawn said above, I think all the references to Delphi are supposed to draw a comparison between Amalia and the Oracle of Delphi being similar in more ways than simply both being oracles. Perhaps Amalia is a reincarnation of the Oracle? I don't know much about Delphi personally.
