I think that this song is about addiction, regardless of any specific drug, whether it be heroin or cocaine. But the lyrics remind me strongly of a cocaine grip. "He wants to take you away from your life.... ooh god just let him rape you, then I'll think you understand..." with "He" as the drug itself, when you give into it, and you crave it painfully when without it, "just you wait 'til everyone is hooked."
