Great song. I assume the reason there's no comments here yet is because it doesn't open itself up to much interpretation. We can hear the heartbreak in his voice, read the story in the lyrics and remember how shit this kind of closure can feel, yet at the same time know it's right.
Reminds me of SATC when Carrie sees Big with Natasha in S2E18:
