I don't remember if it was here, but I've read that another song from this same album (The Press War) was about a childhood friend of his being raped while drunk at a party, and nothing happening to the guy who did it after a trial went on. The song supposedly talks about the singer returning to his hometown to take matters into his own hands.
Since I've read that, I can't help but think that this song is about the same event, but on the eyes of the rapist. There are a lot of lines that can be interpreted as forceful sexual advances. "I've never seen such a battle to open one door", "As we're playing out the last notes To your culling song", "These boundaries called waistlines Are bound to be broken sometime", etc.
Not to mention the song is quite heavy.
