Interesting one... the line "I do not like thee Dr Fell" is from a children's nursery rhyme. There are a lot of comparisons to Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde online, so it could be about an aspect of her personality she doesn't like! But I reckon Fruit Salad is bang on... it sounds like she woke up and fell out of love with someone controlling.
