Everyone seems to be overlooking the lyrics:

To me, this clearly suggest that the message is meant for someone blood related, more specifically - his father. In my opinion, it seems like he's talking to an abusive father, years later, after they've already been arguing about everything that transpired, yet the father still won't "own up" to what he did and "denies it all".
