It makes me think about a depressed guy who has no logical reason to cry but he does it anyway. Nobody can't understand his tears and call him a fool but yet no one seems to care enough to ask why is he doing it. Probably not even he understands his motives to cry ("and it makes me wonders why", he's not only wondering why do they call him a fool, he also wonders "why do I cry?".
