I honestly don't believe it's about a person at all
I think it's about some kind of mental illness. and not just mild anxiety or depression but something really extreme like an eating disorder or bipolar or a personality disorder
We've waited so damn long, we're sick and tired
-This could hint to the fact that the disorder has been building up and the person bonded to the disorder as though it is its own person (like most people do when they hit rock bottom) and they're ready for it to show
