I don't hear most of these lyrics. Diane uses nonsense syllables in quite a few songs and I have a feeling it's meant to be both nonsensical and up to interpretation of the listener. I definitely hear "can't keep the needle falling" or something similar, but everything else is too slurred for me to decipher. I'm pretty sure she's purposefully incoherent at certain points. She also doesn't have lyrics for this track on her bandcamp (which she usually does if there are lyrics). All of this makes me think most of the vocals in this song were at least somewhat improvised or not meant to be cut-and-dry lyrics.
