All right, I go for a translation anyway but it seems kinda complicated. Because of that double interpretation, I put (1) for "cigarette" and (2) for "sex excess". The narrator, who can be identified as Marc, may be addicted to both.

I smoke you like a chimney, I always have you on my lips. I let you consume myself. I suck on (1)/screw (2) you like a chimney, until the glowing ember. I have not done that for the first time. You slip between my fingers, in my mouth. I let you invade (like a Tahitian woman). You get up with me, you lie down And I inhale your smoke (1)/steam (2).

You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two.

I put my hand on your packet (1)/vulva (2) all day long. I fancy lighting (1)/teasing (2) you again. You make me go up, you make me go down And you make me tremble. Even though your advertisement is forbidden I am the one to ask you for. I am taken right through by your magic, smoking room.

You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two.

Sometimes, I cannot take any more of you. You get up my nose, you intoxicate me. Of you, I cannot get enough However, you seriously damage my health. I bite you, I sometimes nibble you, I sometimes throw you And then, you wake me up in the middle of the night For a tête-à-tête.

You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two.

[Solo]

You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two.

I smoke you like a chimney, I always have you on my lips. I let you consume myself. I suck on (1)/screw (2) you like a chimney, until the glowing ember. I have not done that for the first time. You slip between my fingers, in my mouth. I let you invade (like a Tahitian woman). You get up with me, you lie down And I swallow your smoke (1)/steam (2).

You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two. You will make me die, little by little, over a low heat. I cough for one, I cough for two.

NOTE! For the second verse, if that line is understood "tu me fais mon thé, tu me fais des cendres" Instead of "you make me go up (and) go down", it would mean "you make my tea break, you make me ashes" (1). Can't he have a cup of tea with a cigarette?

IMO, that double interpretation would be expanded across the video, directed by Sylvain Bergère : it begins with Marc lighting a cigarette, followed by many female smokers and a sexy blonde stripper (Laure Sainclair), who appears during the chorus. I suggest watching it on warm summer nights!

That's hot!
