I feel like the chorus is about “Are you okay with all those things I said about this/that?” and “Are you okay with me liking you despite the fact that I’m infamously known to break hearts faster than I stole them?” Using the term delicate describes how truly fragile relationships are. You have to be careful about these kinds of things.
The second verse is what could be. She talks about how she can compare with past lovers, and how when she’s alone with him she wishes they were in a relationship of sorts. Jealousy is a very strong emotion, and Taylor gets jealous that he could have potential lovers she’s not aware of.
