Does anyone else think this is about marijuana or some type of drug? I mean C'mon, It does make sense!

"When I'm sad, she comes to me" (He used drugs when he was sad) "With a thoushand smiles she gives to me free" (how the drug makes you feel like) "Take anything you want from me"...
