I'd say the only line that is a bit concerning would be "Becomes a lovers lane".
The marriage line I can understand, it is from the point of a child. They want to be with their father all the time (like a wife) ... pretty sure in the movie the father is a widow too (so in context could be that the child wants to fill the void left by their mothers death on their dad ... a very normal reaction by a child, who doesn't really understand romance to love).
The rest is a sweet song pretty much a cry for attention by a young child, that is, don't spend so much time working, instead be here with me because they are the moments she enjoys most. Also embodies the play of words for the movie, Poor Rich Girl ... that is she is rich money wise but poor because of her father's priorities (that is wealth is more than your bank account).
