The progress they made was washed away, but they tried to start their plan again and it took them centuries to fool the world again. The demons are disguised as aliens--meeting where the lights are--defenders of their own faith--they know the fallen angels are coming back to release the final deception. They know they can't save their sons (nephilim--demons) so they will take as many of God's creation down with them as they can. Then the war will be over. They will receive their final doom and their sons and all wicked will have their fate sealed forever.
