Growing up I had these neighbors, who were exceptionally nice people, in college they told me of their CIA work... not on MK Ultra but a very similar program involving phenethylamines (MDA, MDMA, 2CB, 2CT7 etc) initially as an interrogation tool but it quickly shifted to treating PTSD (battle fatigue) in our veterans. They had HUGE success until some “important” person who had the “Reefer Madness” mentality shut the program down... thankfully, they kept LOTS of samples (and the recipes) and their popularity and parties made a lot more sense...
