I mean, the meaning's pretty obvious if you take this in both contexts that it was meant to be a part of. For one, it's the band writing a song about the success they were going to see, or that they were at least happy to have an album out in the world & their band. James Bourne seemed like he was the most invested in the band from the interviews I've seen with him & his own personal music history.
Then, there's it's place on the album. It's a callback to the first song on the album, 'What I Go to School For,' & it meant to call back to it as a means to outline the aftermath of the character of that story as well with how he got together with his teacher.
Personally, I think the song works for both. Plus, it's closure of the album as a whole is well done. It's a smooth ride out of the album.
