This song lyrics and the single album art both have "Devilman" in it. It's a manga that came out in the 70's about a human that gets possessed by a demon and goes out to kill demons to try and save the human race. It's extremely gory, violent, sexual, and dark and one of the first of it's kind. Interestingly enough, he even puts clips of the Devilman anime in the live performance. Some of the lyrics even seem to pertain to it.
@aldude999 must say the theme does run true in the song ... it does seem to be questioning "right (heaven)" and "wrong (hell)" to me. Where does the line blur??

Perhaps questioning what a real saviour is ... (and what are they saving us from?)
Perhaps questioning what a real saviour is ... (and what are they saving us from?)
