@ichimitch1 Conor (the frontman, vocalist) said in an interview that he doesn't believe in religion or in any type of god, so it's safe to say that more than likely that all the members believe the same and this song is actually about their views on it. They did all have a say in the lyrics and what the song was going to be about. I don't know for sure, but it's highly possible.
