I think the song is about pedophilia and how the child still thinks he's "free" and "being loved". The album already talks a lot about the relationship between father and child, and hideaway would be the worst nightmare for a father where the child doesn't even want to come back.
@Yaidin That's a good read but I decipher it differently. This song to me is a mash up of Metallica's Master of Puppets and David Bowie's Ashes to Ashes - it's about drug addiction and the power it weaves. This song, like Master of Puppets, speaks from the POV of the drug / drug dealer - "Start crawling faster - obey your master" and from the point of view of the addict in Ashes to Ashes "Time and again I tell myself I'll stay clean tonight". Homme says "Catch the keys and take the wheel and drive for a while"...

Homme says "Catch the keys and take the wheel and drive for a while" is the addict opening the door to drugs to mask his short-term pain. The drug / drug dealer portion is the chorus -
"You'll stay fast and lonely
Never ever need to run and hide from me
New prey, soft and easy, entangled forever in my arms
You owe me everything
You owe me everything"
Then, the end with the repeated lines of "You'll Feel Love" is the drug convincing the addict that they need nothing else but it. Finally "Who needs Love?" is the addict completely giving into the drug.

Heavy stuff.
