I type this as my beloved wife lies dying on an infusion pump next to me. She has had brain cancer which is spread all down her spine - on the surface of her brain - and also within her brain causing a blockage which will end her life very soon.
She is at peace and no longer in pain and we have chosen this song for her funeral.
For me it typifies this journey
-the curtains are drawn - now the fire warms the room -

but were safe in each others embrace - all fears go out as I look at your face-
She has been my soulmate - a love that has and will endure forever - she will be by my side and I shall never love another

SO we both took the view that we were going to love our way through this and she has had the best year of her life - she looked this in the eye and laughed
On the day that she was told that she had metastatic disease - we came home and sang karaoke.......
Let me live again - this is when we will be reunited when I will join her - and we will roam around the planets together -
