Firstly, I think the title is an obvious nod to Los Angeles. Specifically, the Kardashian level, Beverly Hills rich party people side of the city, hence Los "Ageless." "The winter never comes," along with the parts about crashing waves are probably references to LA's climate. The main part of the song, "How can anybody have you and lose you" could either be about a person, which was my original impression, or about that lifestyle, constant club parties and plastic surgery. My second theory is that the chorus is a question being asked by someone else and the last verse is her reply, she doesn't want to stay in that era of her life any more, she doesn't need the attention. This could explain the parts about love songs turning into laments, or again maybe it's about a lover and the first verses are irrelevant.
¯_(ツ)_/¯
