He has hurt her- she confronted him about her hurt feelings hoping for a resolution- thinking he loves her enough to work it out and instead he gets mad (scolds her) and refuses to apologize - he either thinks she's over-reacting (doesn't take her feelings seriously- devalues her) or his pride won't let him. So she's just going to blend in the shadows- step away until he is ready to sincerely apologize and understand her feelings. Sucks to love someone, have them lash out at you then refuse to apologize- especially when you were so fucking down for them. I'm not holding my breath, but I definitely retreated to the shadows.
