This song to me is about wanting to die "commit suicide" but also wanting to live and still try in life at the same time and also about being addicted to which ever drug you're addicted to. The lyric part "I can't stop don't tell me to stop now" meaning you can't stop the drug you're doing because it's the only thing keeping you happy but also struggling through your own problems with the other part "I'm going I'm leaving for you" that part saying you're gonna do it (kill yourself) that no ones gonna stop you from ending your own life.
