I always thought he was singing about transcendence, that moment when you leave your every day mind, and become everything, invisible, connected to the universe totally. Like when you're totally in the moment at a rave.

~~~ he's talking about connecting to everyone in that moment and giving all he can to the audience and vice versa - everyone is pure love in that moment
