To me this song is about being in a relationship (weather it be acquaintances, friends, beneficial, or dating) where the other person is just using you for what they want (sex, money, drugs, ect.) And finally you get the courage to say 'no eff you I'm out'. Though it's not just about leaving it's about having the strength to let it go and move on with your life. But Chris is usually straight forward with his lyrics and people don't really need to interoperate the song but I thought why not
