i feel that johnny 3 tears is going through an extreme episode of insanity. the lyrics "pray..." happen to be in the background because j3t thinks the devil is inside of him and controlling him which is causing him to go insane. j-dog has the same experience with j3t at this time. they both have major homicide thoughts, hence the line "does everybody in the world have to fucking die? does everybody in the world have to fucking die? everybody in the world have to fucking die? everybody in the world has to fucking die!" this line also stresses signs of schizophrenia because the demons in j3t's head are causing him to remove the word 'does' and switch the word 'have' to the word 'has'. "Just another shallow man, zipped up in a body bag" this line expresses signs that j3t has either killed a random innocent man OR an enemy of his that wouldnt stop pushing his buttons. "hold in breath and wait to die" in my opinion sounds like he's happy to kill this person he's been plotting to kill for a long time. the line "a need in your head" also indicates that j-dog is suffering from severe schizophrenia.
