When I hear this song this is a narccisist singing to his latest victim. A relationship with a person who has this disorder fits the lines ot this song perfectly. What totally kills this is the way the singer defines when the relationship ends, or when "the love runs out". A narc has no feelings towards his victim and while the relationship is good he is the center of the world for his victim, but once the vicitm realizes who the narc is, they try to run. It doesn't help them because it only ends when the narc decides and love runs out. The lines that the singer uses to sort of justify his evil behavior is that everyone just wants the same thing, which he provides.
