Interesting lyrics. Personally, I believe that the song is about a child molester that died from being shanked in prison and he's stuck in limbo/hell, hence the line at the end "Stinks in here, smells like meat, rotten meat. Kids why would you bring that rotten meat in here of all places?"
Clearly you can infer that he doesn't know that he is in a netherrealm, and rather is ignorant to the fact that in his life on earth he was a child molestor and serial killer. The song slowly starts to progress towards a dark theme, especially at the turn during "What's your dad like?"
At the end he finally starts to question what is happening with the line "What the help is wrong with you kids?"
His anger starts to show with profanity and the kids are starting to take control back and claim retribution towards the man that took their lives and virginity.
