For the most part i only really understand the first half or so. It seems to me that hes saying he has problems with communication when it comes to other people.
he feels like he is lesser, a worse person, a 'sinner' compared to the person hes talking to, who is inspiring, a 'saint'. this is also 'in his face' meaning he finds it obvious and its all he can think about when he sees them.
hes explaining to this person that his behavious may come off as odd or rude because he has trouble knowing how to talk or behave around other ppl, 'something to consider'
