I honestly think that this is somehow a prayer to God. And about all their songs, I think they're a bit harder to understand if you're not Christian, but that's probably just me. Anyway, "Somebody catch my breath" I feel like that's a way of Tyler saying to God, to help him. "I'm a goner" Tyler probably feels alone like nobody cares about him, or just needs someone. (I know he has Jenna and Josh, but I also think that since he wrote this when he was 17, he still feels the same or wanted to make the song better) "Don't let me be gone" I think that's his way of saying that through all of his suicidal thoughts, his struggles, and everything that he's gone through that even through those times, he still has so much faith and he doesn't want to run out of it and he wants someone, (most likely God) to make sure he doesn't fall apart at the seams. I feel like March To The Sea has a bit of the same meaning with, "Follow me instead" which is what I feel Tyler knows that he shouldn't give in to his thoughts and end it all, but to follow God's ways. Again, this is just my thoughts. And, isn't crazy how the littlest line or verse can say so much?
