Before I read the other ones (and I've only listened to a few songs on this album), I thought that he was saying like I heard you're in love, but you're not the type of girl who settles down like what's happening to you? And he's just waiting for her to realize that this isn't what she really wants. He could be saying this as a friend, ex, or possibly an ex who wants to get back together, or as a friend tryinfg to get together and who is jealous a little.
