Anyway, CicadaGhost might be right but after thinking about it a bit I had another idea.
This might be about someone who kills herself by crashing her car. A lot of what was said in the other comment still fits. The red stage is because of the blood. And though I also think the green lights might be from medical devices, I think they are from the LEDs on them. They seem bright and blurred to her because it's dark and she's dying.
She couldn't take life anymore, wearing a figurative mask, pretending to be happy. That's why she smiles to herself as she knows she's dying while medics are trying to save her, blood and pieces of glass all over her, crowds watching.
I was wondering why she'd be sitting still with her hands out the window, that's what got me thinking of her sitting almost lifeless in the seat of her car after a crash.
I might be totally off track and rambling here. It's just a thought that seemed to fit pretty well.
Also, are their songs so easy to understand? I find them kinda cryptic. And maybe they even are supposed to be, so everyone would find their own meaning in them.
