I'm hearing:
"Ain't no stoppin' this crime
Let's do some time and break it down."
I'm 98% sure he says "crime" immediately followed by "let's" in the next line...so I can see how it would sound like "quietness", but it's not.
As to the meaning...pretty much just a laid back party song. I think it fits middle age well, party on the back porch instead of going out to clubs/bars.
Instead of:
"Ain't no stoppin' this quietness Do some time and break it down"
