So this seems to be the climax of a story that's told throughout several tracks on the album. The band has said that Haven is not a concept album, but at the same time they confirmed that the songs are connected thematically. I do think that there is some kind of story going on in a couple of the songs, those being:
Insomnia, Citizen Zero, Beautiful Apocalypse, Liar Liar (Wasteland Apocalypse), Here's to the Fall, Revolution
It's some kind of Matrix story. There's people living in a dream world controlled by a machine (Citizen Zero), and also a chosen one (Insomnia) who can stop it. Some people start following him and hope for a better world (Beautiful Apocalypse), but then the hero is caught by the regime and sentenced to death (Liar Liar). The hero thinks about life and death (Here's to the Fall). Then he dies, and with his sacrifice he makes the people wake up and revolt against Citizen Zero ("are you ready for the war").
