I do believe that this song is referring to spirit, light, how we are all one, but I wouldn't say religious, Alice is way too intelligent to buy into that business.
Also it's only been recently that we have known of the double slit experiment and the quantum World which goes along with all of this. I really think it's very beautiful this album I will say is definitely in my opinion his best since flush the fashion.
