Maybe these are thoughts of a very chaotic future, but if it's good or bad for him/her, he/she doesn't care. The world is becoming a hell.

In my opinion, the wheels are the ammount of population in the world, or in a specific place. The "more and more" that he/she wants maybe means fun. The last two lines may mean an escape from the big cities to the small/rural towns.

Maybe he/she wants fun and make love, maybe even a peaceful life. Maybe the "Pac-Man is loving it" part means that is something repetitive but still very fun.

The "consumed" part means that you are very automated until you die.
Get down on knees may mean that he/she is praying.
In honest opinions, this versions makes me interpret that he/she wants to leave the hell that the big cities and corporate crap turned to live a peaceful life in the small towns till the day it's not possible anymore.
