I think this song is about depression from something the author had done in the past, possibly thinking about ending his life or making some other big dark change (Let GO, Destroy my pain, Can't live my life this way).

Interfering with the call of fate is crawling out of you
And now finding comfort in the smallest spaces have sold out -- and now he cant find no more distractions to easy him from pain, because these small places of comfort are gone now and he has to live with the pain (from breakup, something he has done)
