I think this song isn't about a person named Isabelle. In fact, I think the song refers to drugs or pills.
"You taste just like you always do" means the taste of the pill, it always tastes the same and has done ever since the beginning.
"If there's still evidence of us" means that the person is trying to give up the pill, but is addicted to it and just searching for a way to say 'no' to it.
