Depending on what stage of the disorder I'm in. If it's while I'm fasting and I'm about to give up, when I see the number on the scale drop - that's my spark. It keeps me going.
But if I'm trying to recover - it pushes me into recovery. Coz most of my brain is taken over by Anorexia that the small part of me that knows I need to recover, that's my spark then.
