I love Megadeth and I think that Dave is a legend (though not the most polite or tactful at times)...
I just really dislike songs like this where he basically just has a go at someone. (Similar to 'Something that I'm Not' on 'The System has Failed'). I just figure how likely is it that the person (or people) who he is aiming at is actually going to listen to it? So the rest of us cop a load of unwarranted abuse! (The fact that he keeps repeating 'you' is pretty pointed)! ;)
It's also ironic that the 1st verse mentions what 'people are saying'- aka gossip, but it's also obvious that he's listening to it and taking it to heart!

@albert1056 At least in this song (which certainly raises it above tunes like 'Something that I'm Not') Dave mentions 'your moth-eaten brain by meth' which at least means those of us who don't do meth are obvious not the one/s he is referring to! Phew! :)
