I feel this song is more about being in a relationship with someone who's literally mentally unstable, this song reminds me of my relationship and my dad's, with my mother. You think things are going well, then all of a sudden everything is wrong, and you're wrong, and it's you not her, and shell make a list of whats wrong with you with toxic words thrown in, and she cant be blamed or held responsible for anything. She guilts you into feeling like all of this is true and you go with it, but eventually you start to get angry and have to leave her before you do something that is out of character.
