I think this song is about a relationship that didn't work, and it turned out into a huge dissapointment for the person in the lyrics. This one it's so freaking hurt and now she/he finally realizes the other person didn't love him/her as much as he/she did. Maybe it was an awesome relationship at the beggining, but time wastes everything. Even love.
