I agree. Seems like it's about someone who has lost their way and doesn't know what to do or how to deal with it. Seems like he regrets a lot of his decisions and has a lot of second thoughts and he knows that there's no one else to blame but himself. I think he wants to change his ways but doesn't know how and it hurts him thinking about all that he's done.
